Frequently Asked
Do I need to book in advance or can I just show up?
Walk-ins are welcome for individual visits on weekdays. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance for weekends and public holidays, and it is required for school groups, corporate teams, and any group of 10 or more. Booking takes less than 2 minutes via WhatsApp.
Is it safe for young children?
Yes. His Majesty Place has a large dedicated children's playground, supervised swings, and animal interaction areas that are completely safe for young children. Some attractions like the zipline and gyroscope have minimum age/height requirements — our team will advise you when you book.
How long does a full visit take?
Most families and groups spend 4 to 6 hours on site — there is genuinely that much to do. We recommend arriving as early as possible to get the most from your day, especially on weekends when it gets busier.
Can I book for a birthday party or special event?
Absolutely. His Majesty Place is an excellent venue for birthdays, end-of-year parties, baby showers, church outings, and special celebrations. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your event requirements and we will put together a custom package for you.
Is there food available on site?
Yes, refreshments and light meals are available on site. You are also welcome to bring your own food for family picnics — we have shaded areas perfect for this. For large groups requiring full catering, let us know when you book and we will arrange accordingly.
Can we film and take photos during our visit?
Photos and videos are not permitted on any erected platforms, rides, or structures. Photography is allowed only from the designated parking area. This keeps all guests safe and protects our installations. Please follow staff directions at all approved photo points. If you would like professional photos from your visit, our team can arrange this for you — ask when you book.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. Simply WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your booking to reschedule at no charge. For large group bookings, 48 hours notice is required. We will always do our best to find a date that works for you.
